Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or delays caused by our local shipping partners.
We aim to meet these delivery times, however times may differ due to the new government guidelines on social distancing most shipping companies are operating with reduced staff members and taking the necessary measures to accommodate health & safety guidelines. This means our deliveries, returns and exchanges are taking longer than usual. Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch date for delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

- For Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday.
- All UK orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed same day for a standard UK delivery.

As soon as your package is picked up by the courier we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online via "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page on our website.
CUSTOMS DUTIES — NON-UK CUSTOMERS
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that customers takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees even if should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
The Route Policy provides shipping insurance for your online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
The Route Policy does not cover the following without a specific written amendment from Route: single orders exceeding $5,000 USD in value. All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable and non-transferable except as may be expressly provided in these Terms.
Claims for packages marked “delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
In case you have NOT purchased the Route Shipping Insurance, the claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 30 days counting from the shipping date (for Europe), and after 50 days (USA & rest of the world ).
